Data is collected for the performance of the event participation contract (guest list registration, access management, security) and on the basis of consent for marketing. Processing is essential to allow you to use the services.

First name, last name, phone number, email, birth year, city of residence. No video, no stored photos, no extended tracking.
4. Data retention period
Data is retained for the strictly necessary time (during the event and one month after for security/liability purposes). No indefinite retention.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase data, limit processing or object. Contact info@supporterbeach.it to exercise your rights.
6. Data sharing
Data is never sold. It is shared only with security authorities for event management (law enforcement) if required by law.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, Clerk authentication for staff, and do not store passwords. Systems are protected by standard cybersecurity measures.
Cookies and technologies
The website uses strictly necessary technical cookies (staff authentication via Clerk, limited to the management area) and a functional language preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE). Traffic statistics are collected with Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights in anonymous form without profiling cookies. No marketing or advertising tracking cookies are used; therefore no consent banner is required.
